Return of New or Unworn Items
We offer 30-day return policy. Refunds will be given provided items are returned back to their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in re-sellable condition. Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition.
Ex-Display products have different return policies. Please check the product page for the correct details.
Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.
Unauthorised Return of Worn Items
Goods being returned in a condition other than Pristine and Brand New as sold may be subject to a diminished value fee if they are diminished as a result of your handling and use while in possession of goods.
The fee is to be determined based on the condition and to be confirmed in writing before imposing this on your refund value.
UK Customers
We offer free prepaid return label for UK & US customers. To initiate a return, kindly log into your customer account on legendfootwear.co.uk and submit a return request. Expect to receive a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at sales@legendfootwear.co.uk
Please note that this option becomes available only after your order has been shipped.
Outside UK Customers
If you are sending the item back and you are outside of the UK, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend using tracked signed for service. We will not be liable of the returns lost in transit. Our returns address is

You must write (RETURN TO SENDER) this is requested to avoid the order being held in customs. If the item is held in customs, we will deduct the amount from your refund when processing your return as we may be billed automatically by customs, we are not liable for paying for these extra costs.
If the item is classed as RETURN TO SENDER there will be no charges held and will not be put on hold this makes the return experience easy and fast.
Returns of Worn Items with Possible Manufacturing Defects:
If you want to return a defective item please email us with the details and where possible the photos of the defects.
Postage Refund Policy: Returns approved for damage/defect beyond the 30 days return window require customers to cover postage costs for sending items back to us.
Brand Specific Warranty:
Muck Boots: We offer 1 year limited warranty for all Muck products in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials and workmanship
We do not accept returns if we consider they have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, washed, accidentally damaged, or failure to adequately maintain and store the footwear, improper or inadequate fit, or not taken reasonable care during the use period.

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. If you want to replace your item with a different style or size, your payment will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for the replacement pair.
