Return of New or Unworn Items

We offer a 30-day return policy. Refunds will be given provided items are returned to their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e., as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in re-sellable condition. Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition.

Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.

Unauthorized Returns of Worn, Incorrect, or Ineligible Items

To qualify for a return, goods must be returned in their original, pristine, and brand-new condition as sold. Items that show signs of wear, use, or handling beyond what is necessary to assess fit may be subject to a diminished value fee.

If a return is received that is not the item originally purchased, an incorrect item, or a product not sold by us, we will be unable to process a refund.

Furthermore, if the returned item is excessively worn, damaged, or no longer in a resellable condition, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process & Costs

To initiate a return, kindly log into your customer account on legend-footwear.com and submit a return request. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at help@legend-footwear.com.

You can reach out to us for a return label. If you choose to use our return label, you will be charged $12. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that this option becomes available only after your order has been shipped.

Returns of Worn Items With Possible Manufacturing Defects:
If you want to return a defective item please email us with the details and where possible the photos of the defects.

We do not accept returns if we consider they have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, washed, accidentally damaged, failure to adequately maintain and store the footwear, improper or inadequate fit, or not taken reasonable care during the use period.

All of the above does not restrict your statutory rights.


Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. If you would like to replace your item with a different style or size, we will refund your payment and would request you to place a new order for the replacement pair.
